Special Projects Lead

Dev pivoted from biosecurity to help expand FIG through special projects and work on advising top talent in AI governance and sentience.

He has previously worked as Head of Coaching at Effective Thesis, founded his own career-advising organisation (Biosecurity Network), and run a career-advising business in Thailand. He is excited to learn from those he advises, build out FIG and continue to ensure that talent meets opportunity.

In another life, Dev was an intellectual property lawyer working in life-science regulation. Now, he holds a PhD from the University of Edinburgh, where he developed governance recommendations to improve biosafety and biosecurity in labs in Southeast Asia.
