Digital Sentience Program Manager

As a field-builder, in early 2025 I decided to focus my career on digital minds. Combining my experience in field-building, operations, and strategy, I hope to address the pressing issue of the moral status of digital minds.

Before joining FIG, I led nationwide field-building as Co-director of Effective Altruism Turkey, supported operations at Effective Altruism Netherlands, supported EA university group organisers as a Community Building Mentor, and founded Koç Effective Altruism, growing it into one of the most active EA university groups of its time.

At FIG, I run the AI Sentience Fellowship Extension Program. I am interested in field-building, theory of change, and helping the field of digital minds grow.
